About

Early Life and Education

I, Bashar Muhammad, was born on December 22, 1996, in Dange Town, Dange Shuni Local Government, Sokoto State, Nigeria. My early years were spent in Dange Town, where I completed my primary education at Sahabi Dange Model Primary School.

I proceeded to Government Day Secondary School, Dange Town, for my junior secondary education. After completing my junior secondary education, I attended Ahmadu Bello Academy in Sokoto, the state capital, for my senior secondary education.

Tertiary Education and Career Development

In 2013, I enrolled at Sokoto State Polytechnic (now Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic) to pursue a Diploma in Mass Communication. This marked the beginning of my journey in the field of journalism.

To further enhance my skills, I attended the Sokoto Education Development Trust Fund (S.E.D.T.F), where I obtained a Certificate and Diploma in Computer Studies.

In 2017, I gained admission to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. This degree solidified my foundation in journalism and equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in the field.

Professional Experience

With over six years of experience in the field of journalism, I have established myself as a skilled multimedia journalist. My expertise spans various aspects of journalism, including reporting, editing, and presentation. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content.
